DSC conference elects team
DSC delegates elected their leadership team at the Party’s annual conference in Christchurch on Saturday.
 
Leader Stephnie de Ruyter of Christchurch was re-elected unopposed, and well known Waikato identity and DSC Finance Spokesman, John Pemberton, was re-elected unopposed as Deputy Leader.
 
Following a close contest for the position, Party President Neville Aitchison of Auckland was re-elected.
 
Katherine Ransom, a script writer from the Waikato, was re-elected to the position of Party Vice-President.
 
“The re-election of the leadership team is a humbling but encouraging endorsement” said Ms de Ruyter.
 
“I believe the vote reflects members’ confidence in the team’s ability to lead the Party’s the promotion of the social credit monetary reform alternative.
 
“New Zealand needs a programme of new economics for a modern society. That’s what the DSC can deliver.”
